Chiltern Cross Country League: Age Groups and Eligibility
- Young athletes' age groups are taken as under the mentioned age at midnight 30th August/1st September preceding the season.
- Under 11's must be over 9 on 30th August/1st September preceding the season.
- Veterans must have reached their age category (over 35, 45 & 55 for ladies, 40, 50 & 60 for men) on the day of the race. If an athlete becomes a veteran or if veteran changes category during the season they are scored in the younger category unless they have completed at least 4 matches during the season in the older category.
