If you are letting us know a result please include as much detail as possible such as date, location, event(s), result(s), whether it was a personal best, whether you qualified for other championships etc.

Also, if you have a picture, such as a recent portrait photo, whether from the event or not, please email it to webmaster@voaac.org.uk
