All cars must be parked by 7.10pm and the access road will be closed at 7.15pm to ensure that the course is clear and completely traffic free.

All spectators are welcome to view the event. Please ensure that you keep clear of the runners at all times. No spectators are allowed within the Manor House area including the Aviary and Toilets

Will be available on request and will be published on the club’s website homepage initially at www.voaac.org.uk
The presentation of the prizes will be at the Bowls Club which will be as soon as possible after the completion of the Race and hopefully no later than 8.30pm. No competitor may win more than one individual prize.
Waddesdon Bowls Club will be opening the bar and providing a BBQ after the race.
As in 2015-17, Barry Cornelius plans to take photographs of this race for publication on his website www.oxonraces.com and for possible use by the press, and by running you accept this. You will be able to download his photos free of charge. If you do not wish your image to appear as a significant part of any photograph that he publishes or provides, you should put a bold red cross across your race number - felt tip pens will be provided at the Race HQ for this purpose
