Dear KESTRELS Parents…

We wanted to make you aware of the England Athletics Funetics videos currently available for you to use for FREE.

Due to the current Coronavirus Crisis, as part of their encouraging everyone to continue keeping fit at home whilst Clubs are closed, England Athletics and Funetics have fast-forwarded the launch of their new Funetics activity videos, originally planned for launch this Autumn as part of England Athletics public launch of their Funetics programme.

The videos demonstrate parents and children (aged 4-11) taking part in FUN activities based on fundamental core movement skills: running, jumping and throwing.

Please note that the videos were recorded before the current crisis, however, most are easily adaptable for use at home whilst in isolation, in limited space either inside or out in the garden, with limited access to equipment.

Funetics videos can be found here.
