What a result…
Sophie Delderfield won the female race on Sunday 6th October in Bournemouth, in an amazing time of 1 hour, 21 mins and 11 secs (1h 21m 11s).
The previous week Sophie led the VoAAC ladies to victory in the Squeaky Bone Relay Race (a 3.5mile cross country relay). The other members of the team were;

The next ladies team was 7 minutes behind our ladies. The win was in spite of Sophie being chased by ESCAPED COWS.
