As promised, here is this week’s Social Distancing Workout sheet for all KESTRELS athletes to have a go at from home, instead of their normal Tuesday and Thursday Club sessions.

 

KESTRELS Workout – week one

 

Don’t forget to warm up and cool down as normal, this can also be part of what you do normally pre and post-workout. So climbing the stairs, shower, getting changed, walking downstairs etc all counts. You stretch, bend, extend naturally doing this.
