Last weekend, Christian von Eitzen travelled to Jena in Germany to take part in the U20 National Championships. He won his 800m semi-final on Saturday with a great run of 1:51:75. Sunday’s final saw him finish win the silver medal in 1:50:43 having put in a very strong final 150m to pull clear from the chasing pack to secure his medal. This has been a fantastic season for Christian who recently competed at the European Junior Championships in Sweden where he reached the semi-finals. Congratulations Christian!
