Social Distancing Workout Number 18 (Friday 22nd May)

  1. 15 min full-body stretch 15 MIN FULL BODY STRETCH & COOL DOWN ROUTINE
  2. Rest – 5 minutes
  3. Plank – as long as you can go for, See if you can beat your last time.
  4. Rest – 5 minutes
  5. 30 min Full Body Fat Burn HIIT (NO JUMPING) – Ab, Core, Arm, Back, Leg, Thigh & Cardio 30 min Full Body Fat Burn HIIT (NO JUMPING) – Ab, Core, Arm, Back, Leg, Thigh & Cardio ~ Emi

Don’t forget to Warm up & Cool down, again this can be part of what you do normally pre & post-workout.
