We hope you are all safe and well and hope you are getting on well with the workouts and enjoying them.

Social Distancing Workout Number 20 (Thursday 28th May)

  1. 15 min full-body stretch 15 MIN FULL BODY STRETCH (Cool Down)
  2. Rest – 5 minutes
  3. Plank – as long as you can go for, See if you can beat your last time.
  4. Rest – 5 minutes
  5. 30 min no equipment cardio HIIT workout 30-Minute No-Equipment Cardio & HIIT Workout

 

Don’t forget to Warm up & Cool down, again this can be part of what you do normally pre & post-workout.
