  3. Plank – as long as you can go for, See if you can beat your last time.
  4. Rest – 5 minutes
  5. 30 min no-equipment barre sculpting workout 30-Minute No-Equipment Barre Sculpting Workout

Don’t forget to Warm up & Cool down, again this can be part of what you do normally pre & post-workout.
