Social Distancing Workout Number 32 (Thursday 09th July)

  1. 20 full-body workout madfit 20 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT (At Home & Equipment Free)
  2. Rest – 5 minutes
  3. Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello – Señorita AB WORKOUT ROUTINE senorita workout
  4. Rest – 5 minutes
  5. Plank – as long as you can go for, See if you can beat your last time.
  6. Rest – 5 minutes
  7. 10 MIN COOL DOWN ROUTINE – slow workout, suitable for nighttime // No Equipment I Pamela Reif 10 min full body cool down

Don’t forget to Warm up & Cool down, again this can be part of what you do normally pre & post-workout.
