
At the Vale, we are dedicated to giving our athletes and members a wide range of training opportunities, whether on track or off. Starting from this Spring, we will be running twice weekly trail runs for all adult members to partake in.
Wellbeing Wednesdays:
Wellbeing Wedesndays is a running group for all abilities of runner, from beginner to race ready. Each Wednesday the group will tackle a different trail route before a social drink afterwards. All routes will be lead by a coach/ leader who will carry a first aid kit. The run will work on a loop back scenario, with fast runners looping back to keep the group together throughout the run. All routes are between 8-10km in distance and vary in trail type and elevation and start at 18:30. See the schedule below for each week’s location.
Sunday Long Runs:
A group run on trails, usually between 8-10 miles (13-16km) on a variety of trails and locations. The locations are determined closer to the time based on weather conditions and indivudal runners racing needs. Please contact Conor Richardson for more details – 07804 733874
