U20 athlete Sarah Ireland has broken the Club’s 400m hurdles record for her age group by almost 2 seconds with a time of 70:93. Sarah was competing at Lee Valley over the weekend and this was her first time in this discipline. Coaches are hopeful that she will be able to improve on her time in subsequent runs
