Heading for the end of the cross country season there are a few important Championships coming up. We are delighted that a group of Vale athletes have been selected to represent their Counties.
In the Buckinghamshire Junior squad for the English Schools National Championships is Max Perry who won his regional event as a bottom year athlete. He will be joined by Sarah Shepherd and Harri Kane who are both in the Intermediate age group. Christian von Eitzen and Alice Wright have been selected to run for Oxfordshire. The squads are not yet finalised, and we are hopeful that one or two more Vale names may appear on the team sheet for the day.
At the Inter-Counties to be held at Cofton Park in Birmingham we are also represented in both squads. Max, Sarah, Alice and Harri will be there in the Buckinghamshire squad joined by Patrick Taylor (U20). Christian will be running for Oxfordshire.
